Hi!

My name is Carolina and I’m an artist from Madrid, Spain.

I’ve been working for more than ten years as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer with a variety of clients, from big companies to private commissions. I brought to life projects of diverse styles and industries, like advertising, editorial, publishing, painting and artwork for music albums, among other things.

I’m a versatile illustrator, however, right now I’m featuring on my website only a couple of my styles to show a more focused work. I’ve been leaving behind some of my old illustrations, clearing the land and planting new seeds to discover and reinvent myself trying new things.

My actual passion resides in books, I like picture books the most. I love to create oneiric illustrations to tell stories. Sometimes playing with opposite concepts, and using a balance between sadness and joy, or metaphors inviting us into deeper thinking or introspection.
